Hola amigas y amigos de Street Workout Community SWC en este post les estaré mostrando como entreno y practico los dinámicos u combos de freestyle a veces tenemos caídas, tropiezos o desmotivación pero tenemos que aprender a levantarnos y a seguir les invito a ver mi video.

Estaticos
Statics
Los estaticos son unos de los movimientos mas dificiles en el street workout como se escucha son movimientos estaticos donde hay diferentes tipos de dificultad, en mi caso yo uso algunos estaticos para calentar y un poco de freestyle los combino y asi antes de empezar un entrenamiento especifico.
The statics are one of the most difficult movements in the street workout as you can hear are static movements where there are different types of difficulty, in my case I use some statics to warm up and a little freestyle I combine them and so before starting a specific workout.

En esta diciplina tenemos que tener en cuenta en calentar bien antes de comenzar a hacer algún movimiento así sea estático o dinámico ya que cualquier movimiento erróneo puede significar una lesión mayormente en los estaticos
In this dicipline we have to keep in mind to warm up well before starting to do any movement either static or dynamic because any wrong movement can mean an injury mostly in the static ones.
Freestyle
Freestyle
El Freestyle es la combinación de Dinámicos y estaticos ya sea realizar combinaciones de dinámicos y seguidamente de estaticos sin bajarse de la barra, mayormente las competencias están echas en modo freestyle es recomendable si estas empezando en este deporte y piensas en grande viajar a competir hay que ser completo tener buen freestyle, dinamicos y estaticos.
The Freestyle is the combination of dynamic and static either perform combinations of dynamic and then static without getting off the bar, mostly competitions are made in freestyle mode is recommended if you are starting in this sport and think big travel to compete must be complete to have good freestyle, dynamic and static.
