Saludos y buenas vibras.
Hoy fue un día genial de actividad física y de disfrute de la naturaleza, ideal para salir de la rutina y desconectarse de lo cotidiano y mundano de la ciudad.

Tuve la oportunidad de ir a la montaña para respirar aire puro y poner el cuerpo en función. Lamentablemente tuve el teléfono apagado durante un tramo importante de la ruta y no se contaron los pasos por completo, sin embargo me siento muy bien del tiempo invertido en mi mismo.

Mañana es otra oportunidad para estar activo!
