Elias, a man as weathered as the rocks beneath him, knew the sea's moods, its power, and its unforgiving nature. Tonight, she was angry. He hummed an old sailor's tune, a quiet defiance against the rising wind, his gaze fixed on the tumultuous waters, a solitary sentinel against the brewing tempest.
