My Actifit Report Card: January 15 2024

This is my Actifit report for Sunday 14 January 2024.
During morning walking, i saw a delicious cake that i could not resist to take picture. The fresh and sweet fruits make it look delicious.
They were taking it inside a van. I guess for a birthday celebration.
At the end of my night shift an advertisement caught my eye. It’s about pets.
There are a lot of pets in Hong Kong, maybe more than children. There are parks specifically for pets.
My experience with dogs and cats in childhood was at my town. It was a way to make live them almost in freedom. Some times we kept the dog closed at the yard or garden of home just because it was more aggressive. But most of the cases they were free to go to the street.
In contrast, here apartments are little spaces and pets will need always be taken first a walk. In some way that sounds as a good motivation for the owners to move more. But still think that dogs and cats could be more happy if they are free to go out of home for a while.

It's nice that your hometown was safe for the cats and dogs to roam free. Such is not the case here, and I live a rural area where you would think it would be.

Actually my goal is to do at least 10000 steps daily. But since a couple of months ago i began a new job taking me from 3:00 pm to midnight it becomes more challenging to achieve it. Still i am trying to keep it as daily goal.
About safety in my town, maybe nowadays it’s a different situation. There are more violence and drugs issues spreading over the country that i don’t how safe could be even for pets now. I left Mexico almost 10 years ago, and my town some 30 years ago. Safety is one of the things i like in Asia.
