This is my report for yesterday 17 April 2025.

I did my meditation on morning when I waked up.

This Thursday I walked Evie in the morning, at noon and evening. I did good blogging.

Afternoon she got a good playing time in a park.

At evening we walked around the nearby park again. It was raining a little bit, then she played at home.

About my steps; I arrived to do more than 7K steps.
