This is my report for today Friday 9 May 2025.

I waked at 8:20 am. I didn’t do my meditation. I completely forgot as Evie made me go out three times to the street, her stomach was not good.
In my way to Kowloon at morning i took a picture, the sky was well even though a bit cloudy.

But finished the day with classes in Lohas Park.

I did more than 10K steps. I did good blogging. I advanced also in some reading for a course of Web3.
