My Actifit Report Card: July 26 2025

This is my Actifit report for yesterday 25 July 2025.
Yesterday Friday i did my usual classes from noon to afternoon, except for one canceled.
And my therapist didn’t connect from Mexico. He was busy. I lost my dosis of therapy 🤣.
I did my morning walking with Evie.

It was cloudy and later we got some rainy.

In Lohas Park i took a picture of an attractive advertisement we can see when exit the subway.

I did +15K steps. Not bad at all.
