This is my Actifit report for yesterday 22 October 2025.
This Wednesday was a cloudy and a bit rainy day.
I did +12K steps, almost 13K.
Afternoon, walking from Central i took pictures around jewelleries.
Designs are catching.
I also saw a gold coin with the theme Queen Elizabeth The Second 1987. By curiousity i asked the price, i know gold is in a crazy rally. This small cost 22,000 HKD, 22 carats.
Well, it was my first Physiotherapy. Before the treatment they made me sign a letter about the risks. 😱
The electro-massage was relaxing ☺️. But at evening i felt my body with tiredness.
