Here is my Actifit report for today Sunday , 19 April 2026.
Good steps record for today:
๐Ÿšถโ€โ™‚๏ธ Steps: +12K, morning and evening walking with Evie.
โ˜€๏ธ Weather:
The day was Sunny and it was perfect for morning swimming in the sea.
I didnโ€™t swim too much as i felt my arms some painful, maybe because lately I am beginning to do some weights.
We visited Repulse Bay. While I was in the beach, in some moment I slided my hand over the sand feeling its grains passing through my fingers. It made me think in surfaces where you can plant your imagination..

One tree in a desert, for example.


Or a sharp into the ocean...

Highlight of the day:
Itโ€™s not the first time I am in that beach, but itโ€™s the first time I realised the architecture of the park to cross to the beach is dedicated to Eileen Chan, a Chinese writer who expended second war years at university in Hong Kong ๐Ÿ‡ญ๐Ÿ‡ฐ.
I promise I will do a post about her.

I prepared my lunch for tomorrow, some eggs with onions, one omelette ๐Ÿ˜
