Here is my Actifit report for today Thursday 23 April 2026.

I have a Good steps record for today:

🚶‍♂️ Steps: +15K, morning and evening walking with Evie.
After school I tried to get an appointment for acupuncture, I was lucky to get acupuncture my knee is still with some discomfort.
The doctor put around 20 needles over my knee, and then some heating with something similar to a lamp.
I also got some powder to drink for 5 days.

☀️ Weather:
The day was Sunny and afternoon it got cloudy.
