My Actifit Report Card: April 24 2026

Here is my Actifit report for today Friday 24 April 2026.

I have a Good steps record for today:

🚶‍♂️ Steps: +14K, morning and evening walking with Evie.
Day was cloudy and rainy! ☔️
After school I reached the bank for my monthly payment of bankruptcy. It took one hour into the bank. They were 3 employees giving service and it looked like some issues with the people they were. It was too slow that I preferred to sit down in the corner of the floor (no seats in this Hsbc 😓). As they were closing it was matter of time to wait and approach when only one waiting.

After dinner I put around 20 small bags of Chinese medicine in some water and then I counted… 17 small bags/sacs. A question comes; why not to do bigger amounts instead of opening each one?? Well, opening one by one it’s also therapeutic 🤣

☀️ Weather:
As it was raining at evening, when I got back the exit from subway was very slow…
