My Actifit Report Card: November 10 2022

Today was an interesting day. It started with my usual walk and work flow. Around 9:30 a.m., a 3-man work crew showed up to assemble a shed my wife and I are converting into a tiny home. They left at 7:30 p.m. Then we took my parents to dinner.

Several times throughout the day, I took a break to watch the action for a few minutes. I ended up with more than 7,000 steps.
