My Actifit Report Card: November 18 2022

Got busy today. Slept late, did my newsletter, then my wife and I went to Walmart to buy a big screen smart TV, a sound bar, and a wall mount for Dad. It's an early Christmas gift because his old one was on the fritz. He's been talking about getting a new one and we held him off as long as we could. Since we're celebrating Thanksgiving this week with the extended family, it seemed like a good time.

With the day's activities, I got more than 6,000 steps.
