My Actifit Report Card: March 25 2024

I woke up this morning and played with Hawthorne for a few minutes before having a cup of tea and going to work. Then I took the trash up to the road and had breakfast. I did some more writing and checked in on my parents.

After lunch, I played with Hawthorne some more and took a nap. Then I did more work

After work, I helped my dad carry some chairs to the burn pile out back and set them on fire. Then I sprayed my parents' house for bedbugs. After that, I played with Hawthorne while Theresa made dinner, then we ate.

My parents had left home while we sprayed their house. When they returned home, Theresa and I walked over to pay them a visit. We played cards and I played with Hawthorne some more. Then we came home

I ended the day with more than 5,000 activity points.

My dad's 81 years old. He gets around well for his age, but there are some things he has difficulty with, so I am thankful I have the ability and the opportunity to live close enough that I can help them when they need it.
