My Actifit Report Card: May 16 2023
Some days you can feel very tired, relaxed, fragile and weak; not to hit the road and get your steps. Such was my position today. But my situation improved as the days wear on.
When I came back from work, I wanted to add to my day's steps. I was exhausted. Be that as it may I set out to get some steps. That robust tree with sebaceous flowers above brightened my day further. I always have eyes for such beauties whenever I go about my steps. I stood for awhile admiring the colourful flowers 🌺 on the tree.
I later proceeded with the business of the day. But as if it was on cue, the weather started gathering clouds. I have observed that it usually rains within that time frame.
I hurriedly started retracing my steps homewards as I did not plan to be soaked today.
But I did manage to get above 6K steps despite the weather having warmed me of an impending downpour. It did rain anyway but by then I was already home and dry. Let's do it again tomorrow she how things go.
