My Actifit Report Card: July 8 2025

Greetings my friends and all lovers of physical activities all over the world. Welcome to my Actifit Report for tuesday the 08/7/2025. I hope we are all fine and healthy. Thank God for the gift of life. It's like we are on a week long rainy days. Honestly for about four - five days now we have seen consistent rainfall. Sometimes it disrupts the flow of things. But we have to thank God for sending it to us as it makes our plants to grow well.

Although it can still be disastrous when it rains uncontrollably and our waterways and riverbanks overflowing. That has been the case with the state of Texas recently. Our hearts are with those who lost their loved ones in the recent rain mishap.
