My Actifit Report Card: September 23 2025
Hello everyone and warm welcome to my Actifit Report for Tuesday the 23/9/225. We were greeted with some cloudy weather in the morning signalling a likelihood of rain. It did rain afterall.
I was not deterred by the rain as I went about my duties. I was drenched at some point anyway.
In the evening when I came back from work I watched some matches - the EFL Carabao Cup games. First was Liverpool vs Southampton. The Reds won the game 2-1 with their latest acquisition Alexandra Isak breaking the deadlock before halftime. He was later replaced by Hugo Ekitike who also added the second goal. He was however given a second yellow card when he pulled off his shirt to celebrate the goal and that meant a red card. Liverpool were then reduced to 10-men but they steadied the ship and won on the night to advance to the next stage of the competition - the fourth-round.
Thr second match I watched was Lincoln City vs Chelsea. Having trailed by a lone goal, Chelsea responded well to end the game (2-1) and also advanced to the fourth-round.
