My Actifit Report Card: November 1 2025

Finally October is gone! We are now in November and gradually the year is running out. The weather has changed once again. No rains but it is gradually becoming hotter these days. Maybe one last heavy downpour to say goodbye to rainy season.

Weekends are for relaxation. Woke up a bit late and did a few chores. Thereafter I went t to the nearby market to get a few things.

Later in the day I watched some EPL matches. Am glad Manchester United didn't lose. They drew with Nothingham Forest (2-2) and the last match of the day saw Liverpool end their recent woes with win over Aston Villa at Anfield. The game had ended (2-0). Maybe they've finally turned a new leaf.

That's all from me for now. Till we meet again tomorrow. Keep exercising.
