马拉松奖牌

昨天收到了西马竞速完赛奖牌，其实就是起个纪念意义。单位有running club，每年西安马拉松有比赛就会把参赛消息发给大家，以单位为小组报名。

比赛日参赛同事们会提前买好补给品，水，水果，能量棒，毛巾等等，然后几位同事开车一起抵达目的地，我们穿上同一定制的跑步T恤。因为都是业余选手，我们不太注重速率，只要大家能完成比赛路线就可以。

我跟着俱乐部同事们参加了去年和今年的西马竞速比赛，在同事们的鼓励和帮助下完成了比赛，因此收获了两枚奖牌。生命在于运动，只要坚持下去就有收获！
