Combining Stars Can Be Difficult

When you are out there playing football games, it might be so easy to win games when you manage to build a team with so many star players, starting from the goalkeeper up until the strikers. Since they are the best in their position, and certainly will be able to perform well in a match.

But in real life, things can be a little bit different, because in real life those stats that was available on the game are solely based on past performance, and not include emotions, and every aspect of the player inside the pitch and also outside the pitch.

we have seen a few big clubs that fail to combine a few star players so that they can be a great team to win every league and game that they play. It is also a common thing that there is steep competition inside the team, and also between the players which in the end affects the overall team stability and performance.

And then the ego of each player can also be another factor to be counted, since they are a big star, the star syndrome can hit hard on one person that can effect his performance, as well as the whole team.

So yeah, I think combining star player can really be difficult and overwhelming, not every coach and team or club can do it well.
