My Actifit Report (1-20-2022) and some wellbeing tips ๐ฆพ๐๐
Hi Folks!๐
I want to share with you my new score after the Christmas holidays.
I did my running routine and I felt so tired! ๐ฅต But with the theory on my mind โNo pain, no gainโ I made some additional Km and I reached a good score 14,90 km. So far!
But, to reach good scores, itโs important to be focus on your own sports goals, and combine this with healthy food and apply Mindfulness in your routines. Because in this way youโll prepare your body to reach big changes with less impact.
But, what I mean with healthy foods?
Colors! Adding colors in your shopping cart, when you buy food try to find those with vibrant tones like reds, green, purple, yellow, orange etc, and preferably in raw presentation. More natural and with less artificial elements.
For example, after my running routine I bought this funny, tasty and healthy ingredients to make an incredible salad with tomatoes, cucumber and broccoli (excellent food for our brains), and some bananas to recover some nutrients like potassium.
This is a natural colors pallet that create an interesting impact on our eyes! ๐คฉ
Besides (As my trophy of the day) I ate this special creamy chocolate ice cream, made with 100% Venezuelan cocoa and freshly milked milk.
As you can see, we can eat in a healthy way without traumatized diets, being aware about what we buy, thinking about: how many colors they have and how delicious they are!
And what about Mindfulness?
Well, mindfulness is be aware about our life. What we do, how we do, why we do and all the questions that we can do about our mission and responsibilities as an human being.
So, if we are practicing sports or eating some food we need to be aware of: why we are doing that, and the way that we are doing it.
In every step that you make, every food that you eat you should be aware of the main reason of what you are doing that: to reach new personal goals, to be stylish or anything else. In this way youโll be able to enjoy your journey in this funny and interesting sporting world.
To finish this post, I just want to tell you that I feel very happy with my experience in this world sports, because I improved some health indicators and that makes me feel very well day by day.
