After a few days taking a rest for the Carnivals, today a started my workout routine with energy and ready to reach new goals.
I’m sharing with my recovery tea made with “cúrcuma”, the golden miracle root with its excellent antioxidant properties. By the way, ❤️Happy Valentines Day❤️.
Remember, the real and pure love begins to loving ourself first, even embracing your weakness! Because if you don’t are capable to love yourself, nobody will do it for you, and the best way to show self love is taking care about your health, do exercises, eat well, sleep well, call to your family and friends, have positive thoughts and be grateful everyday. It’s time to feel and share real love!
