Con mucho cariño les traigo este maravilloso resumen de todo mi día de entrenamiento del día ayer hubo mucha motivación gracias muchos nuevos atletas que pude conocer y fue una increíble experiencia poder conocer el parque de las ballenitas y a muchos nuevos atletas que comparte mi mis misma pación fue muy interesante poder hacer algunos movimientos dinámicos y estáticos.
With much affection I bring you this wonderful summary of all my training day yesterday, there was a lot of motivation thanks to many new athletes that I could meet and it was an incredible experience to meet the ballenitas park and many new athletes who share my same motivation, it was very interesting to be able to do some dynamic and static movements.

La pasé super bién el ambiente que tiene este parque de entrenamiento, es muy bueno y motivación es de otra dimensión, es muy increíble y espero poder compartir con ellos en otra oportunidad.
I had a great time with the atmosphere that this training park has, it is very good and motivation is of another dimension, it is very incredible and I hope to share with them another time.
