My Actifit Report Card: June 26 2022
This morning I did a recce of leg 5 of the Cotswold relay race that I'm running next Saturday. Unfortunately my wife wasn't up to running it with me as she is still recovering from a twisted ankle that she sustained on last weeks run.
I'm quite pleased with how it went as I didnt get lost but I was very tired by the end.
My wife drove me to the start and supported me through the run, although she did get lost which meant I spent half an hour waiting at the end to be picked up. She was surprisingly upset about that although I was just very grateful for the support.
In the afternoon we had a bbq at our house for my son to celebrate his birthday (actually it was yesterday). Very good food and very good cider (old rosie) which completed a very good day.

Watch out for the human traffickers at hivefest. You wont know it until its too late. STAY AWAY! Beware, traffickers can be women or men! They will act nice until they dont.
