My Actifit Report Card: August 10 2022

I started today with another quick 5km run around Alexandra park in Hastings before breakfast. Unfortunately being on holiday my exercise is definitely not keeping up with my calorie input!

We then drove to Beachy Head for a walk. It turned out to be a bit of a hike in very hot conditions. We parked near Beachy Head and firstly walked into Eastbourne where we stopped for lunch. We then went slightly inland to walk back past where our car was parked to Belle Tout Lighthouse.

Having returned to the car we drove along to the next car park where we had earlier seen an ice cream van. Boy those ice creams tasted fantastic today.

Its forecast for another extremely hot day tomorrow so we are planning a considerably less energetic day.
