My Actifit Report Card: August 11 2022

After the exertion of the last few days we decided to have a quieter day today. The weather is still very hot with no clouds in the sky and all the grass areas have now turned brown.

After breakfast we started the day with a walk down to Hastings old town area where we stopped in a cafe for a refreshing iced coffee. Our intention was then to go along the front and have a game of crazy golf, however when we arrived at the course the long queues quickly put us off that idea.

We walked on along the sea front at Hastings until we came to the Beach Cafe, a little bar that was playing old records and had some shady seating where we could get out of the sun. The next hour or so was spent drinking beer and watching people walking up and down the front.

Apart from another stop on the way back to our accommodation for a cup of tea, that about sums up our day.
