My Actifit Report Card: October 9 2022

I was very tired this morning so it took a lot of effort to get myself out for my Sunday run. It was painful and slow but I managed to get over 8km which meant I got to my weekly goal of 40km a week. It seems like months since I last achieved that.

Later in the day I had to pop into town to get a bottle of wine and some flowers as we had been invited to my sons house for a Sunday roast. It was a thank you for our help moving him into his new house.

The house still needs a lot of work but they have been living in it for a few weeks now. It was an excellent dinner although I'm slightly annoyed that he managed to get the crackling on the pork considerably better than I ever do. Personally I think it's because my wife is always watching me when I reach for the salt!
