My Actifit Report Card: December 17 2022

Saturday started off with another walk into town with my wife to get a small gift for some of the people my wife works with. I also took the opportunity to buy some mince pies and cream for a morning snack. Well, I am on holiday now!

At lunchtime, we walked up to the local hotel where my wife works as we had booked to have a Christmas meal with our friends. There were 10 of us in total, and we had booked the small dining room to keep ourselves from disturbing the other guests too much.

The food was of a very high standard, and we ended up staying for about 6 hours before heading home.

Of course, all this sitting and eating didn't help my step count for the macfit competition today, but I'm very pleased and surprised that I managed over 10k steps.
