My Actifit Report Card: February 5 2023
Sunday was a lovely bright sunny day and although I was feeling very tired from Saturdays hockey and a late night I needed to go for a run.
My Garmin coach app was telling me I had to do a long run so my wife and I did a nice and easy 12km run along a route we have done several times before. The route goes along the river footpath until we reach a couple of pubs. We then turn away from the river and climb a short but very steep hill before looping around along some roads and then rejoining the river footpath.
We kept to a nice easy pace but the run did take longer than it should as we spent a few minutes trying to get passed a horse who was stood in front of a small gate we had to go through. He was very placid but stubbornly refused to move for what seemed like ages.
