My Actifit Report Card: February 7 2023

Another very chilly morning on Tuesday meant I had to again scrape the ice off of the bus before I could set off to pick up the children for school.

Having completed the first shift I needed to get out for another easy run today according to my Garmin coach. I did 5.2km today and managed to go slow enough to keep my average heart rate to 139 beats per minute. I'm trying to be more disciplined following the recommendations from the coaching program although I don't know how long that will last.
