My Actifit Report Card: March 15 2023

Wednesday was the latest strike day for teachers, and therefore, only year 11 pupils had to attend school. By luck, I don't have any year 11 pupils on my bus, so I had another day off of work.

For my training run today, I did an interval session that was similar to last week but with an extra set. It started off with a 1.6km warm-up and then 3 sets of 8 minutes running at 4:45 km/min pace, each followed by a 3 minute recovery. I did manage to complete this session successfully, but I did find it very tough, and I'm not looking forward to tomorrow's session.
