My Actifit Report Card: March 21 2023
Tuesday was bright and sunny, pretty much all day long. After my first shift at work, I went out for my first easy run of the week. I was due to run about 6km, but my easy route is about 7.5km, which I think is close enough.
All was going well until I came across the back of a queue of cars - the lanes at this point are mostly only a single vehicle wide and up ahead was a lorry trying to deliver a skip. It should have only taken him a few minutes to do the delivery, but beyond him was another queue of vehicles trying to come the other way. Needless to say, chaos ensued. I did my part to help by stopping more cars from entering the lane and joining the queue.
Following those fun and games, I was a bit distracted and forgot to restart my watch for about a km, so my stats are a little short on what I actually ran .
