My Actifit Report Card: November 13 2020

Yesterday was a busy day, so I had to fit dog walks into my spare time!

I would like to start running again, but I still feel discomfort in the calf even just walking: maybe I should respect a period of absolute rest?

However, I have undergone a pleasant Ayurvedic massage and I feel that the muscles are feeling good.

I also went to buy two yoga mats, because the ones I have are now unsuitable.

I spent the afternoon studying and reviewing the last lesson of the yoga teacher training course with a yogini companion of mine.

In the evening, I attended the Indian classical dance class.

I also found some time to practice the piano.

I love these days of intense activity!

Ieri è stata una giornata piena di impegni, quindi ho dovuto incastrare le camminate con i cani nei ritagli di tempo!

Mi piacerebbe ricominciare a correre, ma continuo a sentire fastidio al polpaccio anche solo camminando: forse dovrei rispettare un periodo di assoluto riposo?

Comunque mi sono sottoposto a un piacevole massaggio ayurvedico e sento che i muscoli provano giovamento.

Sono andato anche a comprare due tappetini da yoga, perché quelli che ho sono ormai inadatti.

Il pomeriggio l'ho trascorso studiando e ripassando l'ultima lezione del corso insegnanti di yoga assieme a una mia compagna yogini.

La sera, ho partecipato al corso di danza classica indiana.

Ho trovato anche un po'di tempo per esercitarmi al pianoforte.

Adoro queste giornate di intensa attività!
