Impressive bounce back after yesterday. Less pain already tells me your recovery habits are kicking in, and holding that kind of pace while still tired is no small win. Did you change anything for recovery like extra stretching or was it just solid sleep doing its thing?

Solid sleep is axactly what I'd need to recover better. I'm sure... !WEIRD !HOPE
The only thing I've changed is gradually increasing the weekly volume and i'm now running about 30 -35 km / week.
I hope to keep it like this for a couple of weeks and after that increase again. Meanwhile I'm trying slightly to increase pace in 1 or 2 (shorter) sessions.
I really need to be very careful with this Achilles Heel or Troathlon Season is over before it really starts... !wine
