Funny how a back can stay quiet all week and then complain the moment you reach for a shoelace. Good call on seeing the physio, and breaking up long sits usually helps when it’s cranky. A warm pack for 15–20 minutes before getting up can make standing less grim. Do a few short strolls during the day ease it for you?

thank you for advice. Visited a physio and now... everything aches ;-) But I know it's good.

Sounds like progress to me. That post-physio ache is pretty normal and should settle in a day or two. Keep the warm pack and a couple of easy 5 minute walks, and try not to sit too long. If anything starts to spike or shoot down a leg, ease up and tell your physio.

thank you for the advice. I've discovered that sitting feels comfortable, but the longer I sit the more difficult it is to get up and walk. Home office work gives me the opportunity to have micro breaks so I will get up frequently when not in meetings
