As for the book Psycho Cybernetics, I have been reading it for years. Just a bit at a time but wow it is fascinating how the mind body works together or as enemies.

I got pretty much the same take on the book as you did 👍, I find it easy lately for me to slip up, and have my mind work against me, I find myself going back in relearning
