Hill Interval Training
Yeah, feeling on a roll here again with my Actifit reports. Today was work, a little lunch walk, hill interval after work and before bed another walk with my girlfriend.
Managed to almost get 10K steps.
Anyways did some hill interval for the first time in a very long time. We have a shorter hill near my house, which I ran up and down for 10 times.
Got my pulse up and this actually felt really good, tired, but good.
