My Actifit Report Card: June 18 2022

Good morning to all my friends. Here in Greece and specifically in Athens we have summer now, the temperature is high and the beaches are full.
But I did not waste any time to train enough despite the heat enough, step goal, training goal, specific training goals were done successfully.
Intermittent running, endurance and defense training was one of the biggest part of the training. I am very happy and I wanted to share that with you.
So we went strong with our next goals..Good morning to all.
