My Actifit Report Card: June 5 2021
Oh what a happy day.... Hello friends, today is a melodious Sunday with much vibes. I want to believe you all had a wonderful day? Mine was splendid in the house of the lord.
In today's service was about prayers, so we prayed for families and friends even our love ones and enemies. I am glad I was able to be in the mist of others to worship with them.
It was also a dancing time to shake my pains and sorrows away... I really loved it today. After everything in church, I had to rest then go out for evening walk in my area with a friend. I didn't do much though, but I don't think I can stay a day without exercising. Exercise is the way.
