My Actifit Report Card: July 20 2021
Hello @sportstalksocial members, I'm glad to share with you the sports report card of today.
I really enjoyed my morning and how the day ended. Firstly, I started my day with jogging exercise in the morning. Remember my last week post? I was so down and couldn't do anything, so I felt its wise to start jogging to gain my strength back.
After the morning exercise, I went out for work and I was more better thank how I felt in the early hours of the day.
After work, I went home and relax since I'm not still strong for much activities.
