My Actifit Report Card: November 23 2021
Hello @sportstalksocial members, today is another good day for me. Waking up to see a new day is a wonderful work of God.
Today's started so good with jogging. I seems to love jogging this days because this team is making it interesting.
They woke me up early in the morning for the exercise, I really liked the moves though I couldn't do much with them due to my health.
After jogging, I went to school and from there to work. It was nice to meet my engineers today. I love it when I'm in the mist of like minds.
After work, I still went out for evening cycling with the cycling team. All these, I'm trying to stay fit, seems the change in weather is affecting my health. I believe I'll be strong soon.
