My Actifit Report Card: August 25 2025


Today was chest day, but also mind day
In the gym we not only lift weights, we also lift thoughts.
Each repetition is a fight against the inner voice that says "you can't do it anymore".
And when you achieve one more set, not only does the muscle grow, the discipline grows.
The chest burns, yes, but what really gets stronger is the mind that learns not to give up.
Iron doesn't lie: it shows you your limits and, at the same time, teaches you that you can break them.

To train the body is to train the character. The muscle passes, the mentality stays.
Hoy ha sido el día del pecho, pero también el día de la mente
En el gimnasio no sólo levantamos pesas, también levantamos pensamientos.
Cada repetición es una lucha contra la voz interior que dice "ya no puedes más".
Y cuando consigues una serie más, no sólo crece el músculo, crece la disciplina.
El pecho quema, sí, pero lo que realmente se fortalece es la mente que aprende a no rendirse.
El hierro no miente: te muestra tus límites y, al mismo tiempo, te enseña que puedes romperlos.

Entrenar el cuerpo es entrenar el carácter. El músculo pasa, la mentalidad permanece.
