My Actifit Report Card: September 25 2025


Hoy fue un día 🔥 de pecho y espalda en biserie.
Me enfoqué en trabajar fuerza y bombeo, combinando empuje y jalón para sacarle el máximo al entrenamiento en menos tiempo. Cada serie me dejó el pecho ardiendo y la espalda llena de sangre, justo como me gusta.

Aquí te dejo lo que hice:

Biserie 1 – Fuerza Base

Press de banca con barra o máquina – 4x8-10

Jalón al pecho en polea – 4x10-12

Biserie 2 – Parte Alta + Espalda Media

Press inclinado con mancuernas – 3x8-12

Remo en polea baja (agarre cerrado) – 3x10-12

Biserie 3 – Apertura y Contracción

Aperturas en máquina/polea – 3x12-15

Remo a un brazo con mancuerna – 3x10-12 por lado

Biserie 4 – Final de Bombeo

Push-ups al fallo

Pull-over con mancuerna o polea – 3x12-15
Today was a 🔥 chest and back day at the gym.
I focused on strength and pumping, combining pushing and pulling to get the most out of my workout in less time. Each set left my chest burning and my back full of blood, just the way I like it.

Here's what I did:

Biserie 1 – Base Strength

Barbell or machine bench press – 4x8-10

Pulley chest pull – 4x10-12

Biserie 2 – Upper + Mid Back

Incline dumbbell press – 3x8-12

Low pulley row (close grip) – 3x10-12

Set 3 – Opening and Contraction

Machine/pulley flyes – 3x12-15

One-arm dumbbell row – 3x10-12 per side

Set 4 – End of Pump

Push-ups to failure

Dumbbell or pulley pull-over – 3x12-15
