My Actifit Report Card: October 1 2025
Today was leg day. I focused on working my quadriceps, hamstrings, and glutes hard, all with machines and exercises that allow me to work with good technique and without straining my knees. It's not easy, because your legs always take a toll, but that's exactly what makes it so necessary: leaving the gym with your legs shaking but with a clear mind that you're still building the best version of yourself.
Hoy fue día de pierna. Me enfoqué en darle duro a cuádriceps, femorales y glúteos, todo con máquinas y ejercicios que me permiten trabajar con buena técnica y sin castigar las rodillas. No es fácil, porque la pierna siempre te pasa factura, pero es justamente lo que la hace tan necesaria: salir del gym con las piernas temblando pero con la mente clara de que sigo construyendo mi mejor versión.
