Gliding through the day
This time we went back to the big city by car so as not to be dependent on night buses. If you don't read here regularly, then perhaps first read My time jump experiment
This time, however, we didn't plan to see much of the city and went straight to the place where we had said goodbye the night before and continued our meet-up. Once again we ate out and once again we didn't get back until late at night. Not quite as late as before. But late enough that I only finished my evening's work in the morning and got some sleep.
I woke up without an alarm clock and soon got back to my routine. Tongue scraping, oil pulling, and then I lost myself in organizational exchanges. I made myself a hot lemon in peace, but only did a shortened version of my Qigong very briefly before the chess club. During the chess club, I made myself a first meal, but forgot to supplement it. When I realized this, I made up for it as I glided from one appointment to the next. Before my glide ended, my calendar day was over.

Durch den Tag geglitten
Wir waren diesmal mit dem Fahrzeug wieder in die große Stadt, um nicht von Nachtbussen abhängig zu sein. Liest Du hier nicht regelmäßig, dann lies vielleicht erstmal Mein Zeitsprung-Experiment
Wir hatten diesmal allerdings auch nicht vor, noch viel von der Stadt zu sehen und besuchten direkt den Ort, an dem wir uns in der Nacht zuvor verabschiedet hatten und setzten unsere Begegnung fort. Erneut aßen wir auswärts, erneut sind wir erst spät in der Nacht zurück. Nicht ganz so spät, wie zuvor. Doch spät genug, dass ich erst am Morgen meine abendliche Arbeit erledigt hatte und Schlaf fand.
Aufgewacht bin ich ohne Wecker und bald schon zu meinen Routinen übergegangen. Zunge Schaben, Ölziehen, und dann verlohr ich mich in organisatorischem Austausch. Ich machte mir noch in Ruhe eine heiße Zitrone, doch nur sehr kurz vor dem Schachklub erledigte ich noch eine verkürzte Fassung meines Qigong. Während des Schachklubs machte ich mir eine erste Mahlzeit, vergaß jedoch, diese zu supplementieren. Als ich das bemerkte, holte ich es noch nach, während ich von einer Verabredung in die nächste glitt. Noch bevor mein Gleiten endete, war mein Kalendertag vorbei.

Hello @iamrami, thanks for your visit. As far as my challenges are concerned, at the latest with reading Ivan Illich's Epimethean Man I'm totally into consistency and not at all into expectations. No matter how many or how little, at least some steps per day.
