Great joy
It was hot all day, and we arrived correspondingly exhausted. If you don't read here regularly, then perhaps first read My time jump experiment
We arrived, sometimes diligently putting our seven things away, sometimes lazily showering and resting in between. I was very happy that we were served dinner and then I sat down at the computer to do some business and my evening work.
I went to bed well and didn't get out of bed so well. But I am incredibly grateful for my family, who let me do that. I was delighted with a delivery that came as a surprise today. Surprising because I hadn't expected it and had forgotten that I had ordered it. Did I actually mention that here? Oh yes, and thanks to Obsidian and offline archive it was found within seconds: Back to the future IV-thousand
While I was opening the package and marveling at the contents (cover picture), I already started oil pulling. Prior to that, of course, I scraped my tongue and took my first magnesium supplement. I was so pleased with the bracelet and circuit board attachment that I immediately took more pictures. Then I finally did my Qigong, still oil pulling. I then skipped a hot lemon. I only took the last picture after a walk to get the right batteries. I didn't have enough in stock and unfortunately forgot to get them ready on one of the many occasions beforehand. At least it gave me some extra exercise. Now that we're back in a more urban location, it's noticeable that I've had incomparably more exercise over the last few days, simply because of the spaciousness we had.
I soon made myself a first meal, which I supplemented again, as I disappeared into an online meeting. Writing this down here just reminded me to reflect on the meeting with someone. I spent the rest of the calendar day doing some organizational things again until I used my time to explore the other devices in the delivery. But I'll show you that tomorrow.

Große Freude
Es war heiß den ganzen Tag, und entsprechend erschöpft kamen wir an. Liest Du hier nicht regelmäßig, dann lies vielleicht erstmal Mein Zeitsprung-Experiment
Teils fleißig unsere sieben Sachen verräumend, teils faul zwischenzeitlich Duschen und Ausruhen, kamen wir an. Ich freute mich dann sehr über ein für uns zubereitetes Abendessen und setzte mich anschließend an den PC, um einige Angelegenheiten und meine abendliche Arbeit zu erledigen.
Ich kam gut ins Bett und nicht so gut wieder raus. Doch ich bin unfassbar dankbar für meine Familie, die das zulässt. Hoch erfreut war ich über eine Lieferung, die heute überraschend kam. Überraschend, weil ich nicht mehr damit gerechnet und vergessen hatte, dass ich das bestellt hatte. Hatte ich das hier eigentlich erwähnt? Oh ja, und dank Obsidian und offline-Archiv war es innerhalb weniger Sekunden gefunden: Zurück in die Zukunft IV-tausend
Während ich das Paket öffnete und den Inhalt bestaunte (Titelbild), matte ich bereits mit dem Ölziehen begonnen. Vorher selbstverständlich Zunge Schaben erledigt und auch schon ein erstes Magnesium supplementiert. Über das Armband mit dem Platinenaufsatz freute ich mich so sehr, dass ich gleich noch weitere Bilder machte. Dann erledigte ich schließlich, noch immer Ölziehend, mein Qigong. Eine heiße Zitrone ließ ich dann ausfallen. Das letzte Bild machte ich dann erst nach einem Spaziergang, um noch passende Batterien zu besorgen. Denn die hatte ich nicht ausreichend vorrätig und auch leider vergessen, bei einer von zahlreichen Gelegenheiten gleich schon bereitzulegen. Immerhin bekam ich damit etwas zusätzliche Bewegung. Denn auffällig, wo wir jetzt wieder an einem eher innerstädtischen Ort sind, ich hatte die letzten Tage unvergleichbar mehr Bewegung schlicht aufgrund der zuvor vorhandenen Weitläufigkeit.
Ich machte mir bald eine erste Mahlzeit, die ich auch wieder supplementierte, als ich in ein Online-Meeting verschwand. Dies hier zu notieren erinnerte mich grad noch, das Meeting noch mit jemandem zu reflektieren. Den übrigen Kalendertag verbrachte ich wieder mit einigen organisatorischen Dingen, bis ich meine Zeit nutzte, die übrigen Geräte der Lieferung zu erkunden. Doch das zeige ich morgen.
