[EN-DE] No workout today again. We were driving in the car for a day out and about with the family. See my blog for a link to the workout. Some photos below how we discovered that Lena @soldier has done a workout dance warm-up today.

While you guys did the workout we went for some aircoins (last pic). Looks like I reached a 5 K activity threshold the first time and just from being outside without workout. LOL

Heute wieder kein Training. Wir waren mit dem Auto unterwegs und haben einen Ausflug mit der Familie unternommen. In meinem Blog gibt es einen Link zum Workout. Unten ein paar Fotos, wie wir entdeckten, dass Lena @soldier heute einen Workout-Tanz-Warm-up machte.

Während ihr das Workout gemacht habt, sind wir ein paar Luftmünzen holen gegangen (letztes Bild). Sieht so aus, als hätte ich das erste Mal eine 5tausend Aktivitäts-Schwelle erreicht, und das nur, weil ich draußen war, ohne Training. LOL

Wir sehen uns am Dienstag, 19 Uhr, bei einer weiteren #livefitchallenge Session mit Wil @wil.metcalfe!
