Yesterday's surprise overcome

After yesterday's surprise, I set myself an alarm clock for a phone call. If you haven't seen the start post, you might like to read it first at Let's go outdoors and reactivate Actifit

I promptly reached someone at the dentist's surgery, but only got an appointment for 2pm. Since we as a family had finally decided on a day to sleep in, I let everyone else sleep and went back to bed. And although I went back to my audio studies and didn't expect to sleep again, my body got another three hours of sleep.

Only when I woke up again did I do my routine with a spoon and oil. The time until the start of yesterday's emergency was now short, so I decided to brush my teeth only after lemon and breakfast so as not to strain my teeth with lemon immediately after brushing. And I was pleasantly surprised by the results.

Everything went smoothly at the dentist and afterwards we ran a few errands for the weekend.

Gestrige Überraschung bewältigt

Nach gestriger Überraschung hatte ich mir für ein Telefonat einen Wecker gestellt. Hast Du den Startbeitrag nicht gesehen, so magst Du vielleicht zuerst lesen in Lass uns rausgehen und Actifit reaktivieren

Ich erreichte prompt jemanden in der Zahnarztpraxis, bekam eine Zusage jedoch erst für ab 14 Uhr. Da wir als Familie endlich einen Tag zum Ausschlafen beschlossen hatten, ließ ich alle anderen schlafen und legte ich mich wieder hin. Und obwohl ich wieder ins Audio-Studium einstieg und gar nicht damit rechnete, erneut zu schlafen, holte sich mein Körper nochmal drei Stunden Schlaf.

Erst als ich wieder erwacht war, tat ich meine Routine mit Löffel und Öl. Die Zeit bis zum Start für den gestrigen Notfall war nun inzwischen knapp, und so entschloss ich mich dazu, mir die Zähne erst nach Zitrone und Frühstück zu putzen, um nicht sofort nach dem Putzen die Zähne mit Zitrone zu strapazieren. Und ich war positiv überrascht vom Verlauf.

Beim Zahnarzt ging alles glatt und anschließend erledigten wir noch einige Besorgungen fürs Wochenende.
