Notable deviation

I slept badly. But I woke up well. If you don't read here regularly, then perhaps first read Weighty insights

To have or to be? I'll still have time to sleep when I'm dead. Someone once said that. And he knew what he was doing. Not a subordinate who only gets up because someone else is causing him trouble.

I cheerfully started my routine with a glass of hot water. I was in a hurry because we were going to get things moving today. But that only confirms the solidity of the routine. When it came to the spoon, I realized that I was in a hurry. Because I grabbed the oil that was ready in the bathroom and filled the spoon in the kitchen. I forgot to scrape my tongue in the process. Not too bad.

I found it interesting that I felt different afterwards than usual. The oil was a little more slimy than usual when I spit it out. And I gave in to my need and simply scraped my tongue afterwards. Then I immediately brushed my teeth. And while I'm drinking my second glass of hot water and taking my first magnesium and vitamin C, I'm typing these lines and looking forward to a hot lemon soon.

And again it turned out that way. I'll only continue writing here in the late evening. We did a lot of clearing, changed locations again and I'm amazed at how much movement that meant. 12k is not my ATH, but it is indeed rare.

I took my supplements with my first meal in the afternoon. And then I didn't take my second magnesium in the evening because I didn't think about it again until I found it too late.

Abweichung auffällig

Schlecht geschlafen habe ich. Doch gut aufgewacht bin ich. Liest Du hier nicht regelmäßig, dann lies vielleicht erstmal Gewichtige Einblicke

Haben oder sein? Zum Schlafen habe ich noch Zeit, wenn ich tot bin. Sagte mal einer. Und der hat gewusst, was er tat. Kein Untergebener, der nur aufsteht, weil ihm sonst jemand Ärger macht.

Meine Routine startete ich fröhlich mit einem Glas heißem Wasser. Ich war in Eile, weil wir heute einiges bewegen werden. Doch das bestätigt nur die Festigkeit der Routine. Beim Löffel habe ich dann bemerkt, dass Eile war. Denn ich schnappte mir das Öl, das im Bad bereit steht, und füllte den Löffel in der Küche. Dabei ging mir das Zunge Schaben unter. Nicht schlimm.

Interessant fand ich, dass mir hinterher anders war als sonst. Etwas verschleimter das Öl beim Ausspucken als sonst. Und ich gab meinem Bedürfnis nach, schlicht hinterher noch meine Zunge zu Schaben. Dann putzte ich sogleich die Zähne. Und während ich nun mein zweites Glas heißes Wasser trinke und das erste Magnesium und Vitamin-C nahm, tippe ich diese Zeilen und freue mich auf bald schon eine heiße Zitrone.

Und wieder kam es dann auch so. Hier weiter schreibe ich allerdings erst wieder am späten Abend. Wir haben viel geräumt, haben mal wieder den Ort gewechselt und ich bin erstaunt, wieviel Bewegung das bedeutete. 12k ist nicht mein ATH, doch tatsächlich selten.

Meine NEMs hatte ich zur ersten Mahlzeit am Nachmittag genommen. Und mein zweites Magnesium dann am Abend nicht mehr, da ich erneut erst zu spät wieder daran dachte.
