anna-newkey just finished a 3.6km run, that lasted for 57 minutes.
This run helped anna-newkey burn 268.3 calories.

Fairly nippy this morning.. 5 degrees, I think and I was certainly in need for gloves, just keep forgetting to take them.

Lovely views with all that mist around, but still a bit dark. I'm looking forward to when the clocks go back at the end of the month as it will make the morning walks just that bit brighter again.

There was a fair bit of flying going on this morning.. Fighter jets? They didn't seem very noisy though, but you could see their tails quiet clearly because of the mist.

There must be some interesting smell in there..

You can just about see the mist rising

Lots of flying activity in the sky this morning.. Wonder what that is all about.
I could only get a few in the shot.

It's great that you are exercising through these walks, it's very healthy for body and mind. That weather looks very cool, I'd like to be able to take walks in cool weather, because here in tropical countries it's really hot.

It's great! The dogs get you out, they demand it... haha
Sometimes you wish it being warmer, but you're right, for walking it is most likely better, you work yourself warm as you move.
When it's hot, I barely like to move, other than in the water, maybe..
But I guess, it's what you're used too as well, isn't it?
What do you do to keep fit?

Definitely misty this morning and getting cooler. It warmed up nicely during the day and I was glad to get out and enjoy it at lunch time. I'm mostly managing to miss the rain, but it will get me some time.
